When will I receive my order?

That's the big question isn't it :)

Generally It takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location & of course where it is shipping from, but typical shipping times are 6- 30 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a handful of on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide! To try and keep shipping times tight for you, we try to select products that are manufactured & shipped in your country. But to give you variety in your queer delights, some of our products are manufactured and shipped to you from overseas. Where possible, we try to give you a heads up either way. If you have any timing concerns, please message us before you place your order. 

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Same Same currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom & the United States. 

Super keen on something but we don't currently ship to you? Send us a message & we might still be able to do it! 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it? What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbors, get in touch with us at admin@samesamebutdifferentgifts.com.au with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
